There are free submission web sites that will submit your site to up to 30 or 40 top search engines. Some of these are:

It is very important that each page you create at your site has the proper meta-tags near the top so that search engines can properly index them. Three important tags are used: 1) <Title>, 2) META <”description”> and 3) META <”keywords”>. This is explained above.
